Kochi, Kollam and Kovalam Tour Itinerary
Arrival at Kochi International Airport/Railway station and transfer to Hotel. After Check-in formalities and rest start sightseeing of Cochin.
Here you will see the oldest Church of India - St Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace - built by Portuguese, if time allows In evening go for shopping. Overnight stay at Choch in hotel.
After breakfast visit a unique Portuguese, Dutch and British architecture of Fort Kochi and proceed to Munnar. It will take approximately 4 hours to reach Munnar, enroute visit one of the most magnificent waterfalls of Kerala - Cheyyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfall . In this beautiful journey of Munnar you will pass through the Pothamedu View Point, beautiful tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers and lush green hills. On arrival check into the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast explore the Munnar City. Munnar is also known as the 'Kashmir of South India'. It is famous for its lush green forests, spectacular tea estates, blankets of mist & craggy peaks and exotic varieties of flora & fauna. It is also home to some of the endangered species of animals like Neelakurinji and Nilgiri Tahr.
You will visit Eco Point, Kundala Lake, Tea Gardens, Tea Museum (Monday Closed), Eravikulam National Park(This is decided on ground as per the availability and rush) and Mattupetty Lake & Dam. In evening back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Munnar hotel.
After breakfast head towards Thekkady. It's a 3 hours short journey. En route you will visit Pothameda View Point, Attukad Waterfall and Elephant Junction. Periyar is famous for its cool and comfortable climate. On arrival check in to your hotel. After check-in formalities you will visit Periyar National Park and Periyar Lake. You can enjoy here an Elephant ride through a small spice plantation. If time allows visit Gavi Village. In the evening back to your hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.
Post breakfast at the hotel, drive to Alleppey. On arrival, check in the houseboat. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the houseboat.
Houseboat check in at 12Noon and cruises till 5PM, Boat will be anchored till 8AM and cruises till 9AM for checkout
For A/C Houseboat, A/C will be operating from 9PM till 6AM only

After breakfast head towards Kollam. En route you will pass through Ashtamudi Lake backwater Lake and proceed to Kollam. Kollam is also known as Quilion. The eight-hour boat trip between Kollam and Alappuzha (Alleppey) is the longest and most memorable experience on the backwaters of Kerala. After check-in formalities you will explore Jatayu Earth’s Center, the second tallest lighthouse Thangassery Light House and Kollam Beach. In evening back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Jatayu Earth's Center: Jatayu Earth Centre reminds a legendary bird from the Indian epic Ramayana. It hosts the world's largest bird sculpture and first ever BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer) tourism. You can reach the hilltop using a cable car or by a hele-taxi. You will witness the 6D theatre and museum inside the sculpture.
After breakfast move to Kovalam. It's a 2 hour short journey. You will pass through Pozhikkara Beach and proceed to Kovalam. On arrival done with check-in formalities. You will explore Kovalam Lighthouse and free for leisure at Kovalam beach. In evening visit local Market of Kovalam and back to your hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.
